Yeah, Kishimoto is a closet case and clearly had forbidden feelings about his twin brother (and if I recall his brother refuses to interact with him, so he may have done more than thought about fucking his brother). I don't doubt that he likes boobies, but he clearly has zero interest in women as anything more than T&A (if he loves his wife it is only as the mother of his children or possibly a close friend). He is only emotionally invested in men, and this is very clear in his writing.
