Lots of eugenics programs (4/8 are eugenicists). 3/8 are NEETS. Poor Shirou is the only one journeying to defeat 0^0. My money's on one of the eugenics program going horribly wrong (probably Jötunnsdrottninggen's due to the reckless cambrian explosion from orbit method) and rendering most of the planet uninhabitable. Others' eugenics programs would go out of control as well they if get caught off guard by the Uruk cambrian explosion. Survivors would live in fortified enclaves, the biggest one would be Moonman's moon empire due to it being on the moon away from the wasteland of a planet.
0^0 lives, because defeating her stopped having meaning in the wake of an apocalypse. She builds up her own lunar empire, postponing the conflict to the next outsider's era.
12th outsider is born an Aranea on the moon and will decide whether 0^0 restarts the war or 0^0 finds peace and the setting moves on to space exploration.

Second War of Heaven and Earth - False Ascent Y'Sereth vs Vtorusha vs 0^0. Flagellant and Y'Sereth are Elder God aligned, working together so Y'Sereth can false ascent SRTR's pillar, but Krinak wants to wake Vtorusha up and Ithyl in search of Libertas helps Krinak.
Regardless of who wins, 12th outsider is born as a child in Mer's orphanage to rebuild the the world and possibly start a Third War.

Qarg's conquest of the Doria and the Inquisitor going after Malkuth and Undead doom Doria's anti-ecumene efforts. Queen of Mamet, Orkhalorkhan, and HeWillWin salvage this world from Mamet. Queen of Mamet's kingdom building goes extremely well as 0^0 focuses on conquering the Doria to capitalize on its chaos. HeWillWin pumps out whatever Majin they need. Orkhalorkhan weaves the narrative into place.
12th Outsider will be born in a world dominated by Mamet and will rise up to shatter Mamet to prevent the story from stagnating under one empire.
