Honestly, the double dick was probably the easiest thing. I've got a pretty good process now where I'll run a couple batches of 6-8 images with the "extra penises" tag and hope I get lucky. If not, I'll find one that's a little off to the side, toss it into Krita, select the dick, then copy, mirror and adjust it to get into a decent position and then just throw the image back into the inpaint module and let the AI clean up. My biggest hurdles on that one were actually the vagina, face, and piecrings (earrings and nips both have lil crucifixes). It took forever to get a proper looking vagina with both dicks there, it just would not inpaint it. At one point I thought about shopping a vagina on there like I did the extra dick lol. Maybe it was just this particular image cause I've gotten pretty good about adjusting the inpainting settings to get what I want, even moreso now genning with Forge. I think it was just a mix of inpainting not behaving and me going too hard trying to make stuff too perfect.
