a completely unreasonable amount, and most of them not very popular and have varieties that you have to dig to find information about. last week was a lot of myrtles (hobbyists love these, i knew about feijoas but i was digging into ugnis), this week was a lot of poncirus hybrids (i am going for citrangequat currently). there are a lot of niche individual differences between species that can make them very hard or very easy to care for. a couple of weeks ago i was looking for information on opuntias and i couldn't find a solid answer on which varieties are good. i have jujubes on the backburner but i may go for an improved crab instead because i like skillcult he's a pretty cool guy. last month i was really big into nightshades, i had been planning physalis for next year but i may get some pepino melons too and maybe a sisymbriifolium just to see.
