I built my Lumi and wanted to use her based off SEXXXO design alone but they really, REALLY did not give her kit any love. Her modifiers are so pathetically low it's criminal. It's like she's outright banned from doing damage. That's not me trying to be funny, or shitpost or exaggerate, she just does pitiful damage because her numbers are just shit. Now, I won't say that a character can't shine with high investment; any character can if you love them enough. But Lumi takes SO MUCH work to break even with any other unit trying half as hard.
Amazing ass, though.
