if i'm right then i've got most of the mystery figured out, but i'm not on the final route yet, so i'm missing some pieces. id post my theories but yeah spoilers don't work here. i had an inkling really early on with the first infodump, then when shinobu was kinda sad that shouji wasn't at school, and then the 3rd last route + silver hair girl's role pretty much confirmed my suspicions
