No. It was fairly well made overall and it got attention (and actually earned it, unlike certain crap), but in terms of Doom content there's nothing really revolutionary about it.
It's a high effort work which had the right kind of themes for zoomers to latch onto (especially gay ones), and it got picked up by the algorithm.
It's already kind of forgotten about by most people, and it hasn't had that much direct influence on mapping and modding, but kinda like Brutal Doom did back in the day, it drew in a wave of new blood, which is ultimately helpful for overall community longevity.

There are some gay themes, yes. A really short and dumbed down summary of MyHouse is if someone looked at Gone Home and thought
