my cutting technique for now:

fast until 3pm
run in the morning

eat Quark w berries and pieces of 90% dark chocolate at 3pm

have a chicken salad with a FAT amount of lettuce, carrots, tomatoes and cucumber (vinegar drizzled over w a little bit olive oil) in the evening

have a piece of fruit of my choice with basically 0kcal Jello before bed to still all cravings

down 5kg so far!
