Do not ever allow yourself to do something that is bad for you and separate the negative feelings coming from that to sometime else. That's a recipe for disaster.

I went from 110kg to 100kg which is a loss of 10kg, google says 22pounds.
Now I'm not one to take pictures of myself, so I can only compare "feels".
I feel like my huge pregnancy-like belly hangs a bit less, feels tighter and more attached to my torso.
I also feel less like I'm melting downwards when sitting.
Not significant or visually jarring change, just purely feels.
Breathing is somewhat easier, but since it was a gradual change this might just be cope.
Overall I'm dreading the day I start getting closer to my goal which is 65-70kg (168cm height) because then I'll have to face that I quite literally threw away my youth.
Will be 30 by the end of it.
It's going to be a hell of a rejuvenation either way. Maybe I'll catch my second wind.

Just sharing the experience, commiserating if you will, no idea how to fix, but I'll share what came to mind as well:
Perhaps check your electrolyte thing if it has any artificial sweeteners. Based on my research they can't be digested and if you (like a good chunk of the population) have some gut issues even undiagnosed it might cause this.
Small amounts are fine, but if it's significant, especially on a fast where it probably accumulates in your stomach it probably is causing issues.
Normally a small amount passes through you as you shit so it doesn't cause issues with stuff like candy etc.
TL:DR; Check for artificial sweeteners. They can cause stomach issues, bloating, diarrhea. It probably accumulates on a fast. Not just aspartame, all kinds of those cause this.

i think the main problem is that people go way to hard in the beginning. you've got to listen to your body. if it's too much, just slow down and walk for a bit until you catch your breath and your body is ready for more intensity. if you're lifting weights you've got to be sure to eat enough food or it's going to be torture. it's very difficult to juggle lifting weights and cutting at the same time. it's possible to do but it takes experience. the whole point of all of this is to feel better. if you do things right, you will feel good. getting past that first stage is difficult though. most people just give up.

I need to start working out on top of cutting both so I can boost my TDEE and so I look at least a little like a disfigured skinny fat weirdo once the weight starts really going down.
However, I don't really want to go out (yet), meaning no gym and no walking/running. I've got some dumbbells and resistance bands so I can substitute lifting for now, but replacing cardio seems much harder. I don't have the space nor the funds to get a threadmill or an exercise bike. What's a good way to get some cardio in at home without equipment?

Sure for nicecream you can just use a blender (and I used to), but that thing is basically a scaled down pacojet - and the product it makes is entirely different to what you are describing.

I get why they'd explain it that way since it is a cutting blade that is lowered through the frozen solid block, but the final result is distinct in the end.
Though I would agree that there's a few people using it for sorbets and nice cream - it can do those too, and the sorbet texture might be marginally better but neither of these should be a reason to buy one, because as you said, a high powered blender gives you the same result.
