In the modern state of the format, having a chance to race towards a win sub turn 5 is much stronger than enduring and trying to combo out t10 when the combined rest of the table has had an additional 15 draws minimum to look for combo disrupting removal. I also disagree on White's Legends being overtly pushed. Every color has pushed legends that can warp the gamestate by merely existing on the table. By sheer percentage though I think red by far has the most powerful legends. An overwhelming majority of white legends are straight ass, and large minority of the good ones like Hokori dust drinker are softbanned by player etiquette.
