not bl4 related but holy shit does moze have to have the worst fucking anoint builds if you dont want to play around iron bear or have the DLC that gives you iron cub to take advantage of "while action skill is active" annointments. your best shot is hunting down the one that gives you 160% increased splash damage for 18 seconds after exiting iron bear, but apparently not every gun can even have splash annointments despite dealing splash damage
