I need to buy a charger for this bluetti eb240 powerbank. the input specs are:

I found the stock charger available for $60 on amazon

but then there seems to be a bunch of 'universal chargers' for $20
are these safe to use on my $1000 powerbank? do i just need to look up specs on the charger and make sure they match or is it more complex than that?
