I too enjoy enemas, and desu would just fill myself with water untill I look fucking 9 months pregnant, but I'm afraid of few things:

Taking too much water, and it going out the other end, causing me to straight up throwing up shit. That would cause me to kms desu

Water intoxication, where I could absorb too much water and die due to brain swelling or something? I think its not an issue if I release the water quick enough, but just to be sure, I've heard that using 0.9% saline solution instead of water can prevent that?

Oh and bursting an intestine due to too much water, but I guess that I would feel pain as a warning enough in advance for that not to be an issue.

I've also tried doing a bit of air inflation, but it quickly causes lots of pain, so I'd rather stick with water
