It's good, but not as good as the old Superluminova that both Rolex and Omega used. I've tested it against my 2254.50, and that outlasts it by a country mile. Actually, it's the only thing I hate about the watch....the lume sucks. The crazy thing is that it's the same with all modern Rolii, only the SeaDweller/Submariner/GMTII use the same dial set for the hour plots, and they all look weak. The other thing I noticed is that in the deep of the night, the hour hand is not large enough to be legible easily, and due to the design, it can be misinterpreted by hour (i.e. a point to 2 might look like a point to 3). I was used to Omega lume for years, so to see this was very disappointing. Even my Reverso has better lume.

To be honest, Fren, what I'm saying is that the AD doesn't care what you want or what watch you're interested in to jump the queue. All that matters is how much money you've spent. If you were on the Rolex forums as long as I was, the calculation was, at its worst, pretty remarkable. In 2021, if I wanted to get a stainless steel Daytona from my AD, I would have had to spend at least 60,000USD to be potentially allotted one. It would be easy to jump the queue by buying a Day-Date, OP, and Datejust, but I don't want any of them. So, if I wanted a Daytona, it would make more sense to just pay the grey market price for one. You can back-track and calculate other people on the forums who bought their watches from their AD and what they had to spend, whether it was jewellery, random awful Tudors, etc., but it still comes to roughly the same amount of money.
The ADs are interested to find out if you're a flipper or a collector, but that only pushes you higher on the list if you spend money there. Money is all that matters. So, that's why I say 'good luck'.
