OK, so about this scene in COA. People always say 'TaKuMEanIe DoESN'T aPpeCiaTE teh ReAl EigHtToes, he's Abelist POS', and I'm like, who is the real Eito because all Eito has done was lie to himself. Be honest, what would have happened if Eito was honest about his condition from the start? Would Takumi just Brainwash him because he hates disabled people? Or would he just treat Eito like he did during R0 because Takumi is literally nice. The Brainwashing wasn't exactly ethical on Takumi's part, but Eito brought on himself for being a murderous psychopath trying to feed his selfish coping mechanism. The SDU don't hate Eito because of his uncontrollable disabilities, they hate him for his controllable actions.
