But the thing about Shugomaru is that they did have the legal okay, the author didn't draw parodies of existing YGO cards he straight up used EXISTING ACTUAL YUGIOH CARDS and their ACTUAL EXISTING IMAGES. The final "fight" of the manga is a COMPLETELY NORMAL and TOURNAMENT LEGAL game of YGO played using REAL OCG cards and their OCG effects.
