What you're looking for is a progressive server, the OP lists some of them. There aren't any progressive servers that are currently at vanilla that I know of. If you're completely clueless about WoW, the new Turtle server have enough content for a year if you stick until the last raid (idk about Epoch, no good roadmap). You can worry about the Burning Legion after that, lmao.
