After doing some more thinking I think it demonstrates perfectly the leftist tendency to reduce issues to meaningless caricatures so simplistic and far removed from the real deal as to be useless. The only way you can have complete lockstep agreement like that is if every question presented to you is like a fable moral choice where the only options are christ like benevolence and baby eating evil. Culture is a perfect example. There's a shitload of tiny differences that seem subtle but have major implications, like thoughts on raising children, crime and punishment, tendency toward rebelliousness or following the status quo. Leftists ignore all of that to decide that culture is just food, clothes, and music; as if the only difference between an Italian and a Japanese person is how much spaghetti they eat
