Rina can for 1 to 2 hours a stream now at the advisement of her speech therapist. It's a slow process and she doesn't want to damage her voice again like what happened after her surgery when she got the go ahead to talk and they didn't realize how much talking would be involved in streaming, leading to more surgery required. It was only an hour until recently when it got pushed up a little bit.
