It's really weird how people decide to rate characters
>Sol still has some of the strongest normals in the game
>All of his specials are good to great
>Character has no weaknesses on top of all his strengths

>Anji is a contender for the character with the worst normals slot
>All of his specials have massive issues except kou which still has a very clear counterplay
>Quite literally the weakest oki in the game where he doesn't even get to do meaties off of his most common combo enders, let alone either set a projectile (his projectile is also the weakest in class by the way) or get a proper cS meaty
