when, if ever, is it worth going to a dealership for maintenance/repairs? for a normie with no tools. I replace my own air filters and wipers and thats all I'm really interested in doing.

the dealership has bottled water and coffee, a waiting room, free oil change/tire rotation/state inspection, and will shuttle me to and from my house if I need them to. the prices on picrel services seems steep though
