russia in times of monarchy was the middle & upperclass white slavs ruling over half & quarter mongols, its about race, as always, you had no ethnic cohesion thus no solidarity. a house divided cannot stand, unlike in germany. hitler convinced the simple disenfrenchised worker not to slaughter their white-collar bretheren, thus preventing the senseless bloodshed in deadly infighting.

the most useless good-for nothing worker, just twiddling thumbs all day would get the same pay as the most industrious one, who would even do overtime to actually contribute to society, thats why communism never works, there is no incentive for high achievers to put in the effort. capitalism is the exact popposite, the high achievers getting superiority complex & using the simple man as work slaves, only national socialism got it right.
