Sure, but that's the case in any MGS really. The AI is easy to fool once you have the know how. You can quite literally shuffle around the MGS3 guards with no problem. It's never been a particularly punishing series.

If you are on PC you can boost the soldier parameters with the infinite heaven mod, in case you ever replay it. Sight, hearing, speed, health and gear. It does a lot more like unleashing vehicle and foot patrols into the open world, tweak resource gain, random events (like being ambushed by skulls or having your chopper crash on deployment). Also have more stuff happening on mother base like heli's flying around, ships cruising by, more personnel moving around or letting all your female soldiers prance around in a bikini. It's a real gamechanger for replays if you want to up the challenge or shed some of the restrictions that made it run on a ps3 back in the day.

Peace Walker has female soldiers. Literally every MGS game has female soldiers or supporting characters. No point in pushing your incel fantasy lore onto MGS because it doesn't work out.
