Retconning the sequels wouldnt fix star wars but the main issue with the sequels is that disney isnt properly ashamed of them enough yet. I think in part because KK views them as her legacy and disney spent like a billion iirc on galaxys edge and its set around the sequel era. I only went to disneyworld once when in 2009 when i was a kid so im not a park fanatic like some others are but i cant conceive why they did something as stupid as base their billion dollar star wars park exclusively around the new movies.
