i dont think that's how it works, appeal courts can only reverse or uphold the original decision, they cant change the verdict or add clauses
i think solo activities just arent covered by the injunction in the first place, you can't prohibit these girls from existing lol the only thing they cant do is promote as a kpop entity or make music
