China has a great deal of problems but I think because of the one party system they are unable to shirk their responsibilities to their people. By that I mean Xi is actually trying to do something for his people. Is he looting a bit for himself, naturally, but I do think he is working to benefit his people, at least that is what he thinks. I think the same can be said for Kim and Putin.
That is not to say it their countries are a paradise or even that I want to live in them but it does mean they are not the devil US propaganda makes them out to be. It is like with Hitler and Stalin they both had to be made the devil because the western liberal order can tolerate no other system but itself.
As the US and the west in general continue to decay I hope they take a bit of pity on your average person here and continue to sell us goods that we will be unable to manufacture.

It makes sense when you realize the same small group of ruling elites controls both the private and public sector. They are as much an arm of the state as the Army or Amazon.
When the elite want to do something that fits within the framework of the state as it is currently defined they will have the government roll it out but when they want to do something that maybe the constitution does not permit they just have the big companies roll it out.
There is one agenda and the ruling elite use all the tools at their disposal to see it enacted.
