me and my sis are both thin mostly because we have digestive issues. If we eat to much our tummy hurts and we just shit it out forcefully. Also because we don't drink and don't eat out.
Idk how people eat so much, It's like they force the food down their throat, either in one sitting or by eating CONSTANTLY, like it has to be purposeful? Dude, just forget about food, focus on something else until the next meal time.
