How the fuck are skinny girls skinny and how do they stay skinny? Every single one of my friends are skinny and they eat all this junk food and yet they're skinny and small and when I eat or even drink something I get insanely bloated afterwards. I have to watch everything I eat and "forget" to eat to stay at average weight.

Because youre keeping track of the crap you eat and they dont. Genetics such as fast metabolism is likely the reason. Your body burns 1500 calories just by doing nothing if you eat below that youre bound to lose weight. Be honest with yourself with what you actually eat because its never being fat genetically. Do you eat because youre bored? Thirsty? How much are you actually consuming. I used to have anorexia I grew up fat . Ive recovered now but I had the same mentality as you do

How tall are you? Eating less is just going to slow your metabolism down even more . Models starve themselves alongside working out its not just starving. If youre dont exercise your metabolism is going to remain the same

Skinny people are skinny because they don't consume a lot of calories. Fat people are fat because they consume a lot calories.
That's all it is. It doesn't matter if you eat "junk" food or snacks or whatever. If your total intake is low, you will not get fat. Exercise helps, but only to a degree.

You gotta sit up with good posture to keep your gut moving correctly. Most people just do this by accident, because theyve have their brains coded that sleeping during the day is wrong and that you just shouldnt be laying down unless its bed time. If you lay down a lot your stomach will get really top heavy. Its a waking nightmare where if you dont sit up and comprehend this boring garbage for 16 hours per day you will die younger than you shouldve. Lol what the fuck dude.

I dont deliberately eat less though. 2 meals a day is enough for me to get full. I dont really focus on my weight and what I eat, last week for example I ate a whole rotisserie chicken in one day. Im around 5'5

I don't eat when I'm bored and only eat one to two meals and day and it's whatever the hell I make like a week before. This is usually because I rarely buy groceries, this past week it's been leftover spaghetti. I drink a lot of ice cold water too because I have a Stanley and I love her

Do you take into consideration how much calories are in your meals? Even if youre not eating regularly one big meal can still make you fat. If you really want to be toned and stay slim you need to have a consistent diet and eat protein . Eating protein will help keep you fuller and will help tone your muscles. Going starvation mode isnt going to give you a hot body . Right now youve lost a lot of muscle which is what helps you have defined thigh gaps , abs etc. what I would do is eat 3 meals a day on a calorie deficit with 2 litres of water. Go onto calorie counter it will tell you how much calories you should consume and how much weight you can lose. You should also consider working out if you want to see an actual change to your body. Even if its walking , bed exercises you need to increase your metabolic rate. That way you can eat as much as your friends do without needing to worry about weight gain.

i did a huge study on myself tracking what i eat and found that i actually eat like 6000 fucking calories a day from running around the kitchen binge eating.

They literally don't eat or eat so little that whatever they do eat gets burned up quickly. Their body gets so used to having so little that it adapts to the constant underfeeding. That is why they can eat like shit, eat slop, and pig out but not gain weight.

You should come up with an actual meal plan. It makes it a lot easier to track calories and ensure you're not deficient on nutrients. It's very difficult to consistently move your weight in the direction you want without preplanning your meals. 35 pounds of weight loss isn't too hard though you should be able to do that as long as you don't fall off the wagon.

me and my sis are both thin mostly because we have digestive issues. If we eat to much our tummy hurts and we just shit it out forcefully. Also because we don't drink and don't eat out.

Lots of caffeine and aloe juice for metabolism. You see them eat a lot cos they are taking one or 2 bites and posting it on insta then saving the rest for later. they dont eat a whole bag of chips or the entire pizza. only 1 slice and a few chips. and they always have a water bottle with them to keep hydrated and full
