Since we have only seen House in flashbacks during the trailer, there doesn't seem to be any NCR. And the Legion is still somehow around. What do you guys think the chances are that this motherfucker will be waiting in the Lucky 38 and the No gods, no masters ending is actually the canon ending to New Vegas?
