I know, I have Electric Amplification mostly for the 6% extra damage as lightning, the pen is just a bonus, but I am curious if it would be wasted when I finally get a Rakiata or if it would be useful if a monster with negative base lightning res is hit by my Arc with the Rak, would his resistance rise to positive before the pen is calculated or after?
