Why does Capcom not do like what Koei Tecmo did with Ninja Gaiden? They got the team behind Blasphemous to make it. There are tons of indie devs who could easily make a new Mega Man or Castlevania that would make them money but they just are leaving that on the table.

Hell one dude in Brazil made that whole X8 16-bit demake that is one of the best MM games I've ever played. Just hire that guy to make the game.
