things like pic related is what makes me say GOda time and again, they could've took this any direction and Oda chose to take his increasingly dramatic story and have it zero in on this moment of humility. I had a better reaction to Gear 5 than most, while I didn't care for chosen one shit the part that did sell me was Luffy's greatest form being a joke in itself, a power of freedom given to a character thats entire essence is freedom and the entire chapter had me rolling in laughter reflecting Luffy's hysteria
