You can absolutely generate NSFW. I'm paying for the most premium option of 25 (I think) bucks a month so it is costly, but it generates some really... let's say, interesting results. You can copy the artist you want and basically STEAL their art style to create whatever you have in mind, while also introducing an RNG aspect since results can vary wildly from slop to slop. Some of them are terrible, some of them have horrible anatomy errors, but a few are pretty impressive. If there's a free trial features, then definitely go with that.
