The Skycutter works well enough for the High Elves even if it looks somewhat silly. The mechanised horse is bad and just doesn't work if it were more like the concept art by David Gallagher, it would have been better, as that would have been a steampunk moterbike no wierder or out of left field than the Steamtank, rather than a weird robot with mechanical leg articulation.
