Long Haul just inherits weird legs from his original toy and the show never could decide if he just had regular thighs or the tallest boots ever. AKOM episode tended to put the knee where the new toy does, but Toei episodes would rotinely give Long Haul regular thighs or put the knee at the top of the truck bed.
