I want to try to build Vivi as a commander for my local league, but they have a ban on infinite combos as well disallowing proxies.
The issue I'm running into is that due to his powerlevel most competently put together lists for Vivi are CEDH or wannabee CEDH which automatically rules out most of their wincons for my purposes.

Should I go spellslinger with lots of 1 drop cantrips? control? I'm not really sure what part of his ability would be best.
