We give foreign aid to countries that have universal healthcare. The only solution is universal healthcare with death panels.

If you're a fat retard with zero self control the government death panel cuts off your care and you fend for yourself. If you're not and you need treatment you get healthcare. Universal healthcare with death panels is MORE fair than the private healthcare system. Everyone pays in, everyone is a stakeholder, but those with no self control are cast out of the system.
