With the changes to RISC I think some characters may actually do MORE damage, at least in their ideal scenarios, and likely more easily than before (shorter combos, possibly better oki).

These have to potential to be hilarious with all the RISC damage frontloaded. Nago may kill Milia with CH 6H > 6H. Caveat: unless I'm retarded or somethin IDK
