True, I think they changed their target audience from when I played it as a kid (2011-2016) when it was preteen-early teenage nerdy boys who wanted to make and play games. Now it's elementary school and younger age girls who like playing dressup with their characters (and still some boys of that age), and college-age adult men make the games. Some grown zoomers who played it when they were kids still play it too.
I used the Roblox forums a lot as a kid, which were basically like 4chan for kids that were pretty heavily moderated but the users could be similar. They used the word "newbag" instead of newfag for example. I shifted to 4chan in 2015 and the Roblox forums got deleted a couple years after that, I guess as part of their shift in target demographic.
