An explosion in occupied Kalynove, Luhansk region, destroyed a Russian air defense group on August 22. Three Russians were killed, two severely wounded, and their vehicles—including two pickups with machine guns and a UAZ loaded with ammunition—were destroyed. Ukrainian intelligence says the unit had taken part in war crimes in Bucha in 2022.
