Latino people are hyper-social, extraverted and charismatic partying types, so they are socially and emotionally adjusted and have no problems communicating with other races, whereas Germanics are more like a race of tunnel-minded autistic school shooters with rudimentary social skills and very low empathy. They invested all their points into STEM fields and militaristic discipline. Although it's worth nothing that English people are 50% Celtic genetically, so they have some basic social skills, but wherever Germans went (be it Namibia, China, Belgium, France or Eastern Europe) they killed and burnt everything and everyone on their path.
