I'm looking to pick this game up this week. Are the deluxe edition weapons and armor cosmetic skins or actual gear with stats that will fuck up the balalnce of my first playthrough? I'm a sucker for dragon themed outfits and weapons so the Draconic Resurgence set looks perfect, but I don't want to unwittingly turn on easy mode.
