This was a monumentally stupid decision. They basically just turned Moegi and Shinki into jinchuuriki for their evil tree alter egos. Until Jura is dead, the Shinju can never truly be gotten rid of. Everything with this symbol on it ties directly back to Jura, they're all pieces of him as the Ten Tails.

Also, Moegi can probably use Wood Style now.
