not really though that'd probably be the smart thing to do. its been an off and on experience for me over the last few years since i started working and i have never experienced that seizure-like sensation after passing out other than when sitting in that chair in my office, so i've figured its just had to do with a weird reaction my brain has to sitting upright when passing out, and there's a lot of accounts of 'body uncontrollably shaking' when you look up stuff about it being related to sleep paralysis
