People form opinions of each other based on their personality, their experiance with them and certain personality traits which amplify said experiances
For example, very creative people will bond over topics like art, writing, theaters etc. but can disagree over hating faggots or other topics when one is very pure and the other more debauched
The more they agree with each other, the bigger the opinion modifier will be for conversations (like +20 from 2 people with extremely strong moral beliefs talking about torture or -10 from 2 people talking about life's purpose, 1 being optimistic and the other being pessimistic)
I've seen some personality traits have a different impact as well besides just conversation topics
Aggressive/less polite people will tend to insult people more and get into more social fights
Friendly (and more compassionate/empathetic, i think) people are less affected by the negative aspects of others
Don't know if others do anything like that. I've seen NOT drug-friendly people not being able to take drugs as it counted them as if they were teetotaler but it doesn't work like that anymore for some reason.

Pic related, also affects Ideology belief to some extent
