I don't think those messages from people on the satellite were real, Sirei is able to simulate the people on the artificial satellite because of the Will of Humanity program inside him.

And then there's the fact he's still thinks they're "alive" when the artificial satellite gets blown up which shows that he really thinks the Will of Humanity is the real humanity.
