Thing is, white men do not need white women for a successful society. Actually they have proven to ruin society. So what I would much rather is a country filled with white men and women from around the world can be taken in given they meet selective criteria but never will they fully naturalize. If they prove themselves to be subversive, they can be removed at any time. With gene editing we can ensure only white males are born, never women.
