God I hated that there were such peak Kami scenes in Saber. Nearly 50 episodes of generic and messy af shonen shit and Kami pops his head out of his hole every now and then and tricks you into giving the next few episodes a chance at turning your opinion around.

Open your eyes nigga. That dream sequence and NEET bullying scene has Kami's signature all over it. I don't think any other director in Toei plays with light as a motif more than he does. Just look at how the lightbulb dims and brightens up when Baku is being cornered and he fights back. I hope they get to budget a lighthouse for him to use at some point in the show.
