Anyone have pasta recipe recommendations that go well with (red) wine? I'm thinking of doing a pasta night for my family in a couple of days, something veggie/saucy/cheese heavy (maybe with chicken too but not sure yet, probably not because I've been a lazy fuck recently).
Probably going to open up a Xinomavro bottle, they all liked that the last time.
