I don't think I exaggerated enough before. If you already are using a synced microsoft account you are out of options, back up all your shit to an external and reinstall windows to make a local account. I tried everything I could think of to get rid of onedrive, uninstalled it, changed the target locations for my libraries to be outside the onedrive folder, and every single time the onedrive folder would come back and all my libraries would be subfolders inside them. I ended up breaking the filesystem this way and had to reinstall windows and that's where I searched up how to make a local account
